Lions

Lions stay in a group called a pride with about 3 males, a dozen females, and the young. Lions mark their territory with urine. The females usually are the ones who focus on hunting. They usually hunt on animals such as zebras and other large animals. Lions usually spend 16-20 hours of the day sleeping or resting. They usually hunt during the night. The lioness hun in groups to capture the larger prey because one would not be able to catch many by themselves
