African Wild Dogs
African Wild Dogs hunt in groups. The group numbers range from 10 to as as 40. They are predators who run up to 45 miles per hour to hunt prey such as gazelles. African Wild Dogs grow to about 30 inches and weigh about 40-70 pounds. These dogs have massive bat-like ears to hear well for hunting and unlike most dogs they only have 4 toes on each foot instead of 5.
